Our Assessment Centers are focused upon current levels of strengths and competencies to indentify development needs and strategic advantages in the market. An AC can take between 1- 2,5 days.
Development Centers
Our Development Centers are designed to identify high potentials and candidates for succession planning. Exercises and role plays are structured around the potential to learn by receiving feedback and turning it into improved action.
A DC can take between 1 - 2,5 days.
Every participant receives a personalised profile report and a structured feedback session based on strengths and development needs.
