As certified psycologists we are trained in conducting and interpreting psychometric tests (PTs). We use PTs mainly as a supportive tool for:
- Recruitment Desicions: when a more detailed profile of a candidate can make the decicion more accurate
- Individual Profiling: when a Test profile can support career desicions
- Team Profiling: when a new team is formed and need to perform fast or a new team member needs to slide into an existing team
- Intercultural Assignment: to provide insight when managers need to perform in a multi cultural environment or lead a multi national team
- Motivational & Competency Assessment: to capture key motivational aspects and key competencies for work
- leadership test: to gain insight into key competencies of leadership skills and attitudes
We focus on our PTs also on behavioural based tests as this is the approach where change can happen most effectively.
We also ofer the possibilitiy to differentiate between natual and adapted behaviour to lay out how much change potential a candidate has.
The test results will always remain with the test candidate and offers a good insight into personal characteristics and behavioural patterns.
