Training Design

As  HRD Consultants it is one of our key competencies to design training programs in a way how adults best learn and how it best fits into an organisations culture.

We work with clients to define training requirements and discuss with training provider how to best design the training program so it really meets the requirements.

Sometimes all it needs is to adjust a program slightly, involve supervisors in the nomination and feedback process and the program adds more value to the organisation.

Sometimes however a training program is used as a training - entertainment and not providing the planned learning value for participants. The client is investing a lot of money and not getting the required results.

We provide advise for our clients how to re-design the program outline, how to find the right the training provider or we work with the estalishd training provider to manage the changes.

Our key actions are:

Training Design

  • Analyzing Learning Styles of Participants

  • Selecting Training Methods
  • Structuring a Course (Time Planning)
