@ Board-Level we assess training programs along a 4 level measurement scale (Kirkpatrick):
- Reaction: how did participants like the course?
- Learning: Did participants aquire new knowledge and skills?
- Application: did participants apply new knowledge and skills in their day to day job?
- Results/ ROI: did participants´ performance impact the organisation?
